A MOTHER'S WORST NIGHTMARE
Imagine that you notice your newborn baby acting strange, vomiting, irritable, not feeding properly, and breaking out in blotchy bruising so you take your baby to the pediatrician. The pediatrician sends you home. One week later you find your baby having a seizure, or running a fever, or even not breathing. So you rush your baby to the emergency room and learn that your baby has brain bleeding and/or bone fractures. You are devastated and praying that doctors can save your baby's life. Then a doctor diagnoses your baby with shaken baby syndrome and/or child abuse?! You become upset, in shock, and deliberately trying to convince the doctor that you did not hurt your baby but you don't know what caused these symptoms. The doctor decides to call CPS/Child Protective Services and they remove your children from your custody. You follow all of the service plan requirements for a parent in CPS but CPS still fights in court that you abused your baby. You decide to take action and research your baby;s medical records only to discover your baby has illnesses that mimic the same symptoms as SBS/child abuse. CPS, lawyers, the detective and the judge ignore the medical records. Doctors deny the medical records to protect their jobs,. A detective blames you for being the main suspect because you were the last person with your baby because you rushed your baby to the hospital. You are arrested and jailed. You lose your job and cannot afford to pay your bills and an attorney. What do you do?

If you are a parent who gives birth to a medically ill or disabled child and doctors misdiagnose the child's illness, then you may lose custody of your children and face criminal charges.

GOD HAS A PURPOSE FOR YOUR STORM!
Many parents give up fighting for their children and to prove their innocence. Depression, heartbreak, loss of finances, an empty house, some get arrested and jailed, some lose their jobs, and their sanity. This organization encourages you to turn to the Lord if you are falsely accused. God will strengthen you and guide you to your miracles!
A CHANGE NEEDS TO BE MADE!
Parents that are falsely accused of a crime and fighting to prove their innocence and regain custody of their children need to unite. Politicians need to become aware of the these cases. New laws need to be made. Signs need to be posted in hospital for parents to bring their child's newborn records, and their maternal and paternal medical records to assist doctors in diagnosing their child. Additional laws need to be made where CPS caseworkers, detectives, lawyers, and judges should be required to acknowledge and consider a child's medical records, maternal and paternal medical records and medical expert testimonies when determining whether the case is child abuse or medical misdiagnosis before they remove custody or terminate parental rights.
